You are asking me to review something I never received? The pitfalls of automation.

This is hilarious, due to the fact I ordered the hoodie in the picture twice now only to receive something i didn't order twice, I expect the guy in the picture to show up before the hoodie that I actually ordered to arrive.

I've been a loyal customer for years now. I've bought at least a dozen hoodies. I just got 2 new ones, and they are not the same. The fit is completely different. I feel like you should tell people if you completely change an item you've had for years. I still love FCT, but disappointed in the new hoodies.
